1. Your agreement with Joyzarea

These Terms of Use govern your use of joyzarea.com and its available video chat features. “Joyzarea,” “we,” and “our” refer to the service offered through this website. By choosing to use it, you agree to the terms that apply to that use. If you do not accept them, do not start a call or make a purchase.

The Privacy Policy explains information handling separately. Questions about these terms, your account, or a transaction can be raised through the help and support options provided by the service.

2. Who can participate

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. If your local rules require a higher age for this service, that higher age applies. Do not bring a minor into a call, lend an account to a minor, or help someone bypass an age restriction.

You are responsible for checking whether using the service is permitted where you are located. Any age-check process and the information it requires must be explained when that process is presented.

3. Starting and ending a call

Joyzarea is designed for spontaneous one-to-one conversations. Basic chat is offered without mandatory registration, while optional account and premium features may have additional requirements. Your device, browser permissions, network connection, and other participants affect whether a call can connect and how it performs.

A random match is not a promise of a particular person, location, conversation length, or relationship. Either participant can leave at any time. Respect that choice and do not try to locate or repeatedly contact someone who has ended an interaction.

4. Community conduct

Use the service for lawful, respectful conversation. In particular, do not:

• Threaten, intimidate, stalk, discriminate against, or repeatedly harass another person.
• Display sexual acts, explicit nudity, sexual exploitation, or content involving the exploitation of a minor.
• Impersonate someone, run a scam, solicit passwords or financial information, or pressure another participant to send money.
• Expose someone's personal information, record a participant without the necessary permission, or redistribute their image or voice without authority.
• Use bots, prerecorded impersonations, bulk advertisements, or unsolicited commercial promotions.
• Disrupt calls, distribute malicious software, access another account, or evade a safety restriction.

Keep control of your camera and surroundings. If a conversation becomes uncomfortable, leave and use the available reporting tools. For an immediate threat to life or safety, contact the appropriate local emergency service.

5. Accounts and your material

If you create an account, provide accurate information where requested and protect your sign-in details. Do not sell, rent, or share access in a way that undermines these rules. Notify the service contact if you suspect someone else is using your account.

You retain rights in material you supply. You authorize the technical handling needed to deliver your chosen interaction and address a related safety report, subject to the Privacy Policy. This permission does not authorize using your face or conversations in advertising without a separate agreement.

Only share material you have the right to share. The site's branding, layouts, and supplied illustrations are not offered for unrestricted reuse. Promotional illustrations are illustrative and do not identify people guaranteed to be available for a match.

6. Free access, coins, and paid features

Basic video chat does not require a coin purchase. Coins provide access to the optional features described in the service. An introductory allocation is subject to the offer shown when it is provided and is not a promise of repeated free allocations.

Before buying, review the selected feature or balance, price, currency, applicable taxes, and any validity or renewal conditions displayed with the offer. Those transaction-specific details form part of your purchase. A one-time coin pack is not a subscription; a recurring payment requires a separately disclosed recurring arrangement.

Coins are a service balance, not an investment or a promise of income. Purchasing a balance does not guarantee a particular participant, match, or conversation outcome. Use only a payment method you are authorized to use.

For a billing error, refund request, or question about an unused balance, contact Support with your order reference and an explanation. Do not send full card details. Any applicable statutory refund or withdrawal rights remain available, as do rights to raise a dispute with a payment provider. These rights do not depend on obtaining Joyzarea's permission first.

If you have a recurring purchase, use the cancellation method identified when subscribing or the relevant provider's account controls. Cancellation takes effect according to the disclosed billing terms and applicable law. A service restriction does not automatically cancel a subscription or determine entitlement to a refund.

7. Reports and access restrictions

Use the available report option to raise a safety concern, or contact Support when a report or access restriction needs review. Describe the incident accurately, include a relevant reference if available, and avoid unnecessary personal information. Do not use reports to retaliate against someone who declines a conversation.

Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address a rule violation, suspected misuse, a security problem, or a legal requirement. Urgent risks may require immediate action. A request for review should explain why you believe the restriction is mistaken; do not bypass it while seeking review.

A paid feature does not authorize prohibited behaviour or override a safety decision. Purchase-related rights remain subject to section 6 and applicable law.

8. Availability and responsibility

Connections may fail, maintenance may interrupt access, and features may change. No specific connection speed, uninterrupted availability, or compatibility with every device is promised. Changes affecting an existing paid entitlement remain subject to the purchase terms and applicable consumer law.

Participants make their own statements and choices. Joyzarea does not guarantee their identity, intentions, or the accuracy of their claims. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies. They do not require you to waive rights that apply regardless of this agreement.

9. Ending use, updates, and disputes

You can stop using Joyzarea at any time. To close an account, use an available account-closure option or request assistance through Support. Personal information requests are addressed in the Privacy Policy. Ending use does not by itself resolve an outstanding billing issue.

Updated terms will carry a new revision date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law, and changes will not retroactively remove rights attached to completed purchases. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted.

Disputes are subject to the applicable law and the courts that have jurisdiction under that law. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer protections, imposes an exclusive foreign court, or shortens a statutory period for bringing a claim. You may contact Support to seek an informal resolution without giving up other available remedies.
